Oh Joe and Rachel, I am so jealous of your adventures in teaching, world travel, and general freeness from boring job drudgery.  Sometimes it’s hard to do something, even when you feel like it’s what you really need to be doing; seeing your friends do more stereotypically awesome and accomplished doesn’t make it any easier.  But I’m so happy for you!  Happy 3rd Anniversary, and please continue to write ridiculous long blog posts about the minutiae of food.
